Two students were selected as the finalists for the first $5,000 Perot Systems Scholarship in the Dillard College of Business Administration.  The scholarship is a cash award to a qualified junior who has a minimum grade point average of 3.25.  In addition to the GPA, students must research the Perot Systems company, write a cover letter to the President of the Healthcare Group of the company, write a letter to the Dean of the Dillard College stipulating why the student should be selected as the award recipient, and sumbit a current resume.  Students who are selected as finalists go through a rigorous series of interviews at the Perot Systems Corporate facility in Plano, TX, and give a formal presentation to students and executives in the Perot Systems Academy.  One student is awarded this scholarship each semester.  Featured in the photo above are the Fall, 2007 finalists, representatives from the Dillard College, and Mr. Ross Perot.

- Developing your resume and interviewing skills through programs in the Career Management Center
- Fine-tuning your interpersonal and business communication skills through the Dillard College Business Etiquette Luncheon where students meet and dine with local and regional business leaders
